Jim Lawler, Executive Director of Crystal Run Village, Inc. was honored at the Sullivan County Association for Retarded Citizens’ (Sullivan ARC) 12th Annual Community Recognition Dinner, receiving the Ruth Bennett Humanitarian Award.
