Quality Improvement:

The Quality Improvement department of CRVI is a support department that is committed to assisting programs in fulfilling the mission of the agency.  The department is primarily responsible to complete activities outlined within the Corporate Compliance Plan, respond to any concerns relating to Compliance or Quality of Life issues, and to work with programs to enhance person centered practices across the organization.  The department is overseen by the Chief Quality and Corporate Compliance Officer who can be reached at (845) 695-6004.
