Today starts the celebration of DSP Recognition Week which is occurring nationwide between September 9th through September the 15th.
I would like to say thank you to all of our staff for your tireless efforts to provide skilled and compassionate supports. Your dedication and commitment is essential to the success of the CRVI’s New Directions… New Lives initiative and the people we support. The quality of CRVI is defined at the point of interaction between the people we support and our DSP's.
We are proud of your ongoing commitment to provide the highest quality of life to the people we support. To acknowledge our appreciation for Direct Support Professionals, Full Time DSP’s will receive a $100 bonus net of taxes, Part Time and Relief DSP’s will receive a $50 bonus net of taxes. In order to receive the bonus, you have to be employed as of 9/1/2018 and you must be in good standing. I have also sent each DSP a personalized thank you letter.
Eligible employees who are on leave will receive their bonus upon their return to work.
