As part of the Crystal Run Village, Inc. family, you know how much we value our relationship and open communication with you. In that spirit, I am sharing important news about the organization that means so much to us all.
After 14 years of loyal service to CRVI, including the past eight as CEO, Bill Sammis has resigned, deciding the time is right for him to move on. On behalf of the Board and the entire CRVI community, we thank Bill for his many contributions, and his willingness to help ensure a seamless transition.
The Board of CRVI is very excited to announce that we have chosen Christine Reinhard as our CEO. Chris brings more than 30 years of nonprofit and management experience to our leadership team. She has deep, relevant experience working with people with disabilities, and has already gotten to know CRVI thanks to her recent contributions to a project with us. Chris is impressed by CRVI, and the feeling is mutual.
Chris has many professional and personal qualifications that make her the ideal person to lead us at this moment. The most important of those is her unwavering commitment to the people we support, and to our mission.
No other staff or leadership changes are happening, and Chris has already noted how dedicated the entire staff is, and how remarkable and resilient everyone has been in responding to the coronavirus pandemic. I echo her praise of the CRVI team!
We look forward to you getting to know more about Chris, and you’ll be hearing directly from her soon. Meanwhile, if you have any questions or would like additional information, she can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Chris, the Board, and all of us at CRVI are confident that our strong, caring organization will continue to build on all we’ve created together. We thank you for being at the heart of everything we do.
President, CRVI Board of Directors
